So, I have one day left on the membership. I don't know if I want to renew it or not. After that order fiasco of the website saying normal shipping would have in my hands in a few days and the email I received saying that orders can take weeks for delivery from the date of shipment. Either the website is wrong or the person that was emailing me for their customer support was wrong. I never received an apology and wouldn't you know it, the picture I was expecting to arrive early enough (because the website said it would since I ordered it with plenty of time to spare) for me to take with me showed up the first day I was gone from home.
